Job Description
The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, is inviting applications for the position of Project Director (PD) on a contract basis.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field from a recognized university. A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline will be preferred.
Candidates should have at least 20 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale infrastructure, public sector, industrial, energy, EPC, or turnkey projects.
Applicants must have proven expertise in project planning, execution, procurement, contract administration, financial management, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects. Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, negotiation, and reporting skills are essential.
Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications and relevant professional registrations.
